Friday Night Funkin Music Fans is a fun music game. The game was originally developed by Ninjamuffin99 and three of his friends for the 47th Ludum Dare in October 2020. They released a demo version online for the first week, which had only two songs. The demo version was an unexpected success and received many requests for information about the full game. The player takes on the role of a girl's boyfriend who must prove himself to his girlfriend's father in a battle against many rappers.

Don't underestimate this battle, your girlfriend's dad used to be a rock star and if you make any mistakes you and your girlfriend will not be able to be together. Because in every dad's mind, only a capable man deserves his baby girl, so get ready to fight for your girlfriend!

Friday Night Funkin Music Fans uses graffiti art as the inspiration for the overall aesthetic of the game, giving players a different kind of thrill in a rhythm game that will never end.

This is a rhythm game that is simple to play, just follow the rhythm of the song by pressing the corresponding arrow keys. As they land on the screen, the player has to tap the corresponding coloured arrows and time them so as to press it fully when they overlap with the marker.

Sometimes the coloured arrows will appear after the initial key press and the player should hold the key until the path ends.

There is a 'blood bar' at the bottom of the game screen. From here the player can visualise the situation of the opponent and consistently hitting the notes correctly will force the opponent into a corner. Conversely, when the player's blood level reaches the far right, they will lose.

When the player wants to pause the game, they can press P or Enter.

To toggle the music/play volume of the game, the player can press - and respectively.

In each level, the player will encounter difficult opponents, but nothing is too difficult in order to be with your girlfriend.
